Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days from date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless your product is faulty.
To be eligible for a return, unless faulty, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, these include customised products. This excludes defective products, these can be returned for a refund during the warranty period.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@strasseautowerks.co.uk.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided when requesting your return. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel or change an order that has not shipped yet then please email sales@strasseautowerks.co.uk. Please note it is not always possible to cancel an order that is packed awaiting dispatch. 
As with returns, several types of goods are except from cancellations, these include customised products.
It is not possible to cancel a customised product that has entered the production process.
 
 

Delivery

When will I receive my order?

We aim to dispatch in stock orders same working day when ordered before 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Most products are offered with Economy and Express delivery, please refer to the order page for delivery times. Delivery is handled by a third party and we therefore cannoy guantee an exact delivery date

How much does delivery cost?

We offer two choices for delivery, depending on how quickly you need your order. Prices vary depending on total weight of items ordered.
We charge additional postage to the Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland, passing on the additional cost from the courier. 
All deliveries are trackable, you will receive a tracking number when your order ships.

Many of products are bulky products to deliver, we've done everything we can to keep delivery costs down as low as possible but unfortunately we cannot offer free delivery on all orders.

How do I track my delivery?

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification that includes your tracking number and link to the courier's website for you to track your delivery.

Which courier do you use for delivery?

We take our choice of courier very seriously. We shop online ourselves and know how important delivery is; it can make or break your experience.

How is my order shipped?
We deliberately use the minimum amount of packaging possible to help reduce our impact on the environment.
Our packaging is strong & durable and ensures that the mats arrive in great condition, every time.
